Orders & Payments :
All prices are listed in INR and inclusive of applicable taxes. Orders are processed after full payment (unless COD is available). In case of any pricing or stock errors, we reserve the right to cancel or modify the order with prior notice. 

Shipping & Delivery :
Orders are usually dispatched within 2–5 working days. Delivery timelines may vary by location. Tracking details will be shared once the order is shipped. Delays due to logistics or unforeseen events are beyond our control.

Returns & Exchanges :
Returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided the product is unused, unwashed, and has all original tags and packaging intact. Custom-stitched, altered, or sale items are not eligible. To request a return, contact us via WhatsApp or email. Refunds (after QC) are processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment mode. Size exchanges are free for the first request.

Cancellations Orders :
Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of placement or before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible — you may request a return instead.

Product Care & Quality :
All products are handcrafted and may show slight variations in print, color, or texture — these are natural signs of artisanal work, not defects. Please follow care instructions carefully.
