At Sutaria Sanskruti, every product is handcrafted and carefully quality-checked before dispatch. However, if you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re happy to help.

Returns / Exchanges
A. Returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
B. Items must be unused, unwashed, and unworn, with all original tags and packaging intact.
C. Products must be shipped back in the same condition as received.

Not Eligible for Return or Exchange :
Unstitched materials,  Custom-stitched or altered pieces, Used, worn, or damaged products, Final Sale / Discounted items

Return Process :
1. Raise a request on WhatsApp or via email (care@sutariaindia.com) within 7 days of receiving your order.
2. Our team will guide you through the process and share the return address or arrange a pickup (where available).
3. Once we receive the product and it passes quality check, your refund or exchange will be processed.

Refunds :
A. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 working days after quality check approval.
B. In case of exchange, only one replacement per order is allowed. Sizing Issues.
C. We offer a free size exchange for the first request (pan-India).
D. Subsequent exchanges will be chargeable as per the brand’s standard shipping rates.
