CANCEllATION POLICY
At Sutaria Sanskruti, we understand that sometimes plans change, and you may wish to modify or cancel your order. We aim to make this process as smooth and transparent as possible, while ensuring fairness to our customers and our artisan-led production process.
Order Cancellations (Before Dispatch) :
A. You may cancel your order within 6 hours of placing it, or before it is dispatched, whichever is earlier.
B. To cancel an order, please contact our support team via WhatsApp or email with your order ID and cancellation reason.
C. Once your cancellation request is confirmed, we will initiate a full refund to your original mode of payment within 3–5 working days.
Cancellations After Dispatch :
A. Once your order has been dispatched or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
B. In such cases, please wait for the order to arrive and then raise a return or exchange request as per our Return & Refund Policy
Prepaid Orders :
A. For prepaid orders that are cancelled within the permitted time window, the full amount will be refunded to your original payment source.
B. Refunds may take 5–7 working days to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.
COD Orders :
A. COD orders can be cancelled within the same 6-hour window or before dispatch.
B. Frequent COD cancellations may lead to temporary suspension of the COD option for future purchases, as we prepare and reserve handcrafted pieces specifically for your order.
